Our wonderful interpretation of the Grand Comfort Sofa designed by Le Corbusier (1928) in full genuine duck feather and hi-density foam making luxurious comfort and design. Few would protest that Le Corbusier is one of the most influential architects and furniture designers of the 20th century. The Grand Confort Sofa and Armchair range are the epitome of French modernist design. Originally created for the 1929 Salon d Automne, they were an integral part of a collection of interior "equipment" demonstrating a new luxury and style in tubular steel. The steel frame is chromed and the attention to detail projects the luxury intended. Crafted to the high standards of 304 Stainless Steel, Chrome finished frame, upholstered in Aniline Leather.
